  Awful experience having this ombre (if you can call it that) done at Sonique Salon. Quite rightfully, I went to ask (nicely, I might add) for my money back, but only to be told that they were "not happy" to refund me as "obviously we've had to pay for all the colour ourselves" but that they'd do it "this once." Am I missing something here? I was spoken to as if I was being incredibly unreasonable and was pretty much verbally shoe-horned out the door - all of which was topped off with an insultingly condescending "bye bye." No apology in sight.
  
  Their argument was that I should have taken them up on their offer to fix it for me another day but, after this experience, understandably, I declined, and spent my money elsewhere (twice, in fact) in an attempt to have it fixed- all to the detriment of the quality of my hair. Absolute nightmare.
  
  Edit: These pictures do NOT 'relate to the next salon' I went to. I am shocked that a professional body would indirectly call their customer a liar. Salon no.2 put a dark gloss through my roots and tried to cover the patching, as you saw in the picture I showed you in person, on the day you refunded me.
  
  When you mess up, you should hold your hands up to the mistake you've made and apologise. You might not care about what's happened, but I'm going to have to deal with horrific hair thinning and breakage for the next few years, until I can grow this mess out.
