Nick works from an extremely well equipped private studio and personalises every session to suit your needs. He is determined and passionate and you cannot help but work harder in such a positive training environment.
With Nick’s help my strength and technique have improved dramatically, but most importantly Nick has focused on my weaknesses such as poor posture and muscle imbalance which in turn has helped me to get stronger. This whole body approach to coaching extends to nutrition, sleep and lifestyle.
You will not find a better coach!
