  My first time using Cranmore garages on Wednesday 2nd May 2018..my vehicle needed the mot done urgently as i had totally forgotten about it! Whilst at work panicking i searched for garages on the internet within the Solihull area. I needed one near to my place of work. I checked the reviews on some but Cranmore stood out. I called them on Tuesday & my vehicle was booked in for yesterday. On my arrival at about 8.30am I spoke to Roger who was very nice & polite! He offered to get someone to drop me off to work but there was no one available at that time of morning! Which was not a problem as my intentions were to get a taxi anyway. I received a call midday to say my vehicle had passed & they would drop it off at my place of work! How fantastic is that i thought! Made my day. I have told all my colleagues at work if they need a MOT call Cranmore garages! I certainly will..A very happy customer! Thank you for great customer service..Judy
