- K Kaur Review added: 2018.11.06★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I booked in for an appointment only to be told that the stylist is no longer available and I would need to be charged a higher rate if I wanted to go ahead with the appointment. Out of customer care and courtesy I feel they should have honnoured the rate agreed at the time of booking. The receptionist was not at all understanding. For this reason they have now lost custom and I would prefer to go to a salon who are friendlier as well as professional.
